陈胜强博士
DR. TAN SHEN KIAN
Certified HRDF Trainer, University lecturer, Columnist of SinChew Daily
Dr. Tan Shen Kian is a senior lecturer in an University located in Johor Bahru. Since year 2008, he lecture Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Cross-cultural Management, and Business Research Methods. Dr. Tan’s expertise includes industrial and organizational psychology and work behaviour. His research interests are work motivation, entrepreneurship, and Industry 4.0. Dr. Tan is a certified member of Division 14 of the American Psychological Association. He serves as an editor and reviewer for several international academic journals. He is also a member of the Harvard Business Review's advisory council. In addition, Dr. Tan is a columnist for Sin Chew Daily since 2018.
