We cannot not communicate. We never know what we communicate to another person since we never know what they hear or sense or perceive so that it is in the exploring of their response that you can get an idea of what must have gotten communicated.

In today’s highly competitive, volatile business environment, the speed of executing business strategy is crucial in determining organizational survival and success. Soh Chuen Yean is the Founder of NLP Technologies Consultancy Malaysia, a training solutions and coaching company; and the Lead Trainer of an investment and financial trading education company.

Soh Chuen Yean is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) charterholder. He began his career as an Equities dealer with an Investment Bank serving high net-worth clients in formulating and executing equities trading strategies and value investing. Soh Chuen Yean is also a Licensed Trainer of Neuro-Semantics™ by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS), USA, and a Certified Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the NLP University (NLPU), USA.

As an NLP Trainer and performance coach, Soh Chuen Yean helps individuals with values & beliefs alignment and selfempowerment, to create positive behavioral change, performance improvement, and personal breakthroughs. He also coaches investors and traders in developing winning trading psychology and mindset.
