Every year, the Returns Forms that taxpayers have to submit would include new features to reflect amendments to the law or fresh information required by the Inland Revenue Board. But these Return Forms are not for “Declaration and Assessment” only, they are also the means of verication by IRB in the light of declaration made by the taxpayer or information the tax authorities may have received from other sources. The changes in the Forms may be confusing or worse, they may have subtle features examining the taxpayer’s performance and relationships with other parties. The taxpayer may not even be aware of such links.

This seminar, conducted at an advanced level, would explain the role and impact of various data furnished in the Return Forms and the analysis that Revenue would carry out on them. Trigger-factors for enforcement by IRB and the means of achieving tax-savings opportunities would also be explained.

In addition, Finance Act 2019 and recent law amendments will be studied

• Know how to correctly provide the information required so as to reduce exposure to enforcement action by the Tax Authorities
• Learn the relationships between data furnished and the various sections
• Understand how Inland Revenue will analysis the Return Forms

• Business Owners, Directors, General Managers
• Financial Controllers, Chief Financial Officers
• Finance Managers, Accountants & Accounts Executives
• HR Managers, Marketing Managers, Operation Managers
• Suitable for the following Industries : Manufacturing, Services, Retail, Trading, Processing, Construction, Logistic, Information Technologies, Hospitality and International Businesses.
